Every project moves through four phases: Discovery (we learn your goals, audience, and brand), Pre-Production (concept, script, storyboards, casting, locations), Production (our crew, our gear, on your set), and Post (edit, color, sound, motion, finishing). You'll be talking with our team the entire way through.
We publish honest starting numbers: social retainers from $900/mo, one-time business projects from $950, and event coverage from $1,100. Premium tiers run up to $2,500+ depending on scope. Your number is defined upfront based on the package you choose, and what you agree to is what you pay. No hidden fees, ever.
You'll have a first draft within 2 weeks of the shoot. Final delivery is usually around 3 to 4 weeks, depending on revisions. Rush timelines are available case-by-case.
Revisions scale with your package: one round for Starter, two for Growth, and up to three for Premium. Additional rounds are available at $75 each. We frontload approval at the rough-cut stage so revisions stay focused and you don't burn rounds on small tweaks.
Local Minneapolis/St. Paul shoots include travel within a 30-mile radius. Beyond that, travel, lodging, and location/permit fees are itemized in your estimate before the project is greenlit. Never invoiced as a surprise after the fact.
You do. On delivery, you receive full usage rights to the final cuts for your brand's use across all channels. Standard packages include 12 months of paid-media rights. Music and stock licensing are clearly itemized.
You'll receive web-optimized MP4s sized for the channels your project actually needs — 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, or broadcast masters — based on your goals, so you're not stuck exporting formats you won't use. Raw camera footage and project files are available as a $150 add-on. Most clients don't need them, but we archive every project for one year in case you do.
